Founded in 2015 by Troy and Lenny Magyar, Lentro Earthworks was created to provide general excavation services to residential home builders. Since then Lentro has become a leader within the industry providing top-quality excavation and earthmoving services to clients all across NSW, and ACT.

 

Being a family owned and operated business we take pride in our commitment to safety for worker, machinery and the environment. We continually update procedures, train staff and ensure we remain compliant with legislations. As a company we are known for high quality work, with safety and efficiency at the forefront of everything we do.

Our team are dedicated to ensuring that all our works are completed with the utmost quality and efficiency all the while ensuring that all tasks are compliant with relevant WHS laws and standards. Our experienced group of staff are dedicated to work alongside each other to deliver the best service to our clients. 


Our staff bring a wealth of knowledge from the industry to provide a range of services including excavation (bulk and detail), heavy haulage, shoring, civil works packages and sub-division. Due to our diligently high standard of service and meticulous work ethic we have expanded our exceptional service across three states.

Troy Magyar

DIRECTOR

Troy founded Total Project Construction Pty Ltd (TPC), a commercial construction company in 2005 and still operates and oversees the company. The requirements of this company led to purchase of a bobcat, digger and a 5 tonne tipper for TPC’s use. This was the starting point of the earthworks business that Troy now shares ownership with his son Lenny.
Troy offers guidance and a wealth of knowledge to Lenny daily.

Lenny Magyar

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Lenny is a young, passionate, enthusiastic achiever. After leaving school Lenny wanted to work in the construction industry and completed an apprenticeship in carpentry with the view of being involved in his father’s business. Lenny very quickly realised that his passion was earthworks and civil equipment. Lenny and Troy took the plunge and started Lentro Earthworks in 2015. The success and growth of the company in a short space of time is testament to their decision and ability to combine and put into practice the knowledge of both industries.

Deepuk Viswanathan

CIVIL ENGINEER

Deepuk completed his Master of Civil Engineering in 2018 and in 2019 he joined the industry as a Civil Site Engineer and completed his accreditation with Engineers Australia. He joined Lentro as a Civil Project Engineer in 2020 and has since gone on to become an invaluable member of the Lentro team. He manages all our projects, including evaluating and estimating our tenders. He also maintains good relationships with all our suppliers and contractors. He is passionate towards the civil industry and his knowledge and expertise have helped to facilitate the growth and ongoing success of the company.
